I am Miles, the founder of Miles Harrop Consulting. I am passionate about empowering individuals, teams, and organisations in the areas of performance, sales enablement, influence, and strategic change management. I believe that skills, knowledge, and coaching empower individuals and teams to achieve more with less effort.

I offer custom-design workshops and training programs to help you and your team solve strategic, influence, sales and personal development challenges. Many customers prefer me to craft programs according to their individual and unique needs where possible. However, I also have a range of highly effective “off the shelf” programs ready to be delivered to your teams.

The strategic dialogue workshop allows leadership teams to thoroughly review their strategy within a condensed time-frame of 1 to 2 days. This program draws inspiration from the Clem Sunter and Chantell Ilbury Foxes model while incorporating additional strategic tools.

For leaders seeking to enhance their influence without resorting to authoritarian tactics, my leadership influence courses provide valuable insights and practical strategies.

In sales and influence training for sales teams, I adopt a customer-centric approach, leveraging gap selling and consultative selling principles along with elements of influence and persuasion psychology.
