    Low Sales Conversions and Close Rates

    If you are a sales professional or sales leader then you may be told that you are only as good as your last month. You will also be pressurised to give lots of reports giving details of your customers, reason for closing, reasons for not closing. Take full responsibility for your results. Results can be influenced by things outside of your control.

    Take responsibility for your results and be accountable. It is just as powerful to take responsibility for your strategy, actions, beliefs, activities, skills development and product knowledge.

    The closing rate is really a measure of the whole sales process but is mistakenly seen as a “final” step in the sales process. 

    In customer-centred PRE-solved Selling, then we focus on 4 main root cause areas.

    2. Inability to understand the real value and to communicate product value. 
    3. Missing the 2 levels of motivation including conscious and unconscious motivators
